Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll make sure to keep you in the loop!

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a email with tracking information, so you can keep tabs on your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. We ship primarily through UPS, both domestic and international.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are at a flat rate of $15 for all domestic orders and calculated based on weight for international orders. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase. Free domestic shipping on all orders over $75.

 

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and other factors. Please allow up to 14 business days for international deliveries.

 

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, shoot us an email or give us a call within 24 hours. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please let us know right away. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you back on your board in no time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Defective Skateboards

We stand behind the quality of our skateboards. In the rare event that you receive a skateboard with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us immediately. We'll gladly replace it or provide a full refund, provided the board is unused.

 

How to Initiate a Return for a Defective Skateboard:

Step 1: Contact our customer support team via email (sales@miniripperzusa.com) and provide your order details and reason for the return.

Step 2: Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label.​

Step 3: Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

General Returns​

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a defective skateboard).

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a defective skateboard)

 

Custom Shop, High Volume, and Wholesale Orders​

  • Except in the case of defective products, all sales are final on Custom Shop orders, wholesale orders, and high volume orders such that they require direct-from-manufacturer shipping.
